The St Mary’s Parish Craft Group and Computer class has once again excelled itself in its fund raising efforts for St Therese’ Orphanage, Maubara, Timor-Leste.
The craft group raised $850 through sales of its products and from the proceeds from the Big Morning Tea event. The Computer group raised $400 from weekly classes conducted throughout the year. The combined amount for the care and education of the children at the orphanage was presented to Sister Josephine Mitchel, ATLAS member, at the group gathering on 4 July 2019.
